Purley BID was delighted to welcome so many different groups and individuals to the launch of Purley in Bloom on Saturday 19th June. After a brief welcome and introduction by Simon Cripps, CEO of Purley BID, Peter Holman the Co-Chair of London in Bloom explained what the competition is all about and how it is
