Simon is chair of the Purley Business Association as well as the Purley BID CIC. A lifetime Purley resident and member of Purley John Fisher Rugby club, Simon runs Smart Cow Marketing, using these skills to get the best for Purley.

Kevin Moss

Accounts and Secretary

To advise and administer the statutory structure of the BID vehicle and to ensure compliance related to company legal, tax and Financial Reporting requirements. Kevin’s designated role is treasurer on the BID committee.

Chairman

An experienced operator with over 13 years experience in the Financial Services Industry in various capacities with remarkable in-depth knowledge and experience in Data Protection compliance and secure methods led to the brain-child of JMS Secure Data Ltd.

Catherine Garrad

Business Engagement Manager

Role includes daily patrols of the town to report any issues and engage with the business community to connect them with local authorities, enabling them to work together to improve the local trading environment. Lived locally all her life and is passionate about the town and the BID.
