Dear Purley Residents,
We need your valuable input! The recent implementation of the Ringgo parking system on Purley High Street and Whytecliffe Road South is under review, and your feedback is crucial.
It’s understood that due to contractual obligations, the transition to Ringgo was rapid. However, concerns have been raised about its accessibility. Particularly, the shift to a technology-based system seems to have unintentionally disadvantaged those who are less familiar with such technology, impacting their access to the wonderful array of shops in Purley.
We believe it’s essential to have inclusive parking solutions. Therefore, we’re advocating for the availability of both on-site machines and phone options for parking registration. Your thoughts on this matter are invaluable.
The trial period concludes this Monday. To ensure your voice is heard, please share your experiences and suggestions by emailing parking@croydon.gov.uk or participating in our survey at www.croydon.gov.uk/PurleyCPSurvey.
Your input can make a significant difference in making Purley more accessible and welcoming for everyone. Please don’t delay in sharing your views.
Thank you for your involvement in bettering our community.
